    “Die Touristeninformation in Assens war sehr nett und kompetent. Da haben wir wenige aber sehr gute und gezielte Vorschläge bekommen. Wenn das Wetter schlechter gewesen wäre, hätten wir sicher auch mehr davon probiert. Vor Ort kann man mit dem Fahrrad fast alles erledigen. Aber ohne Auto würde ich den Ort nicht empfehlen. Man kommt aber ohne vermutlich auch gar nicht dahin oder auf die Idee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind viele vorhanden, davon zwei Supermärkte sogar zu Fuß.”
