Comfortable holiday apartment with a balcony and a wonderful view of the sea

The apartment is in the little holiday town of Rtina between the town of Zadar and the island of Pag. It is ideally located for a peaceful holiday with sun and sea. The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to five people. The bedroom has a double bed, an armchair and a wardrobe. A supplementary bed can also be provided. The air-conditioned living and dining room with an open kitchen has a sofa bed for two people, another sofa, satellite TV and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and dishwasher. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. Free wireless Internet access is available. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea from the comfortable balcony with garden furniture, as well as beautiful sunsets. There are parking spaces available on site. Transfers to and from Zadar airport can be arranged through the owner. The nearest beach is only 150 metres away. There are many restaurants and a supermarket 300-350 metres away. It is 25km to Zadar with other leisure facilities. Near Rtina there are the four national parks: Paklenica, Plitvice Lakes, Kornati and Krka.     “Die Ferienwohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Die Ausstattung ist neuwertig, es ist alles vorhanden, sauber und mit ihren 3 Balkonen mit Ausblick auf das Meer einfach nur wunderschön. Der Empfang der Familie Miletic war super freundlich, man wurde richtig familiär aufgenommen, es gab sogar Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. In der Nähe gab es ein super Restaurant (Restaurant Mate), einen kleinen Kiosk, wo man morgens seine frischen Brötchen, Wurst, Käse etc. kaufen kann.
    Der Strand vor der Ferienanlage ist ausreichend, allerdings für kleinere Kinder nicht unbedingt schön, da es keine Gelegenheiten zum Spielen gibt und der Strand sehr steinig ist.”
