This semi detached holiday home offers a 100m² garden and a swimming pool which, although located on the owner’s side, is private for the guests. You will also enjoy a shaded terrace with a BBQ and garden furniture, protected by a massif pine tree. The house is located in a quiet residential area, on the heights of the old feudal and fortified village of Châteauneuf de Gadagne. The interior has been entirely renovated in a contemporary style. You will be close to the papal city of Avignon, with its palace, its ramparts and the famous broken bridge and Isle sur la Sorgue also known as the "Venice of Provence", with its antique shops, artists and many terraces along the canals where the clear waters of the Sorgue run peacefully. You can taste the famous AOC Côtes du Rhône wines such as Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Chateauneuf du Pape. Nearby, do not miss the majestic Mont Ventoux, the Luberon and its Regional Natural Park with its charming hilltop villages classified as "the most beautiful in France", such as Gordes, Bonnieux and Oppède le Vieux. In the evening, you will enjoy the night markets, particularly the one of Velleron, and many festivals, such as the ones in Avignon (theatre), Aix-en-Provence (lyric arts) and Orange (the world famous Chorégies).

    “Voor 4 personen is dit zeker te klein. Voor 2 personen is de ruimte okay. Wij hadden niet meer van de ruimte en het terras verwacht. Voldoende schaduw. De mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Binnen is het proper maar het terras was vuil en hing vol kattenharen. Ik had het nochtans gekozen omdat er geen huisdieren mochten komen. Wij hebben zelf, omdat ik allergisch ben, het terras en de buitenzetels afgespoten en gekuist. De voetmat was zelfs niet om aan te raken en hebben we weggelegd.

    De BBQ stond onder water en was vuil. Spijtig dat er niet één bloem of plantje op ons terras/ tuintje stond, want er is zeker een heel mooie ruimte van te maken. In de loop van de laatste week hebben ze nog 2 potjes met bloemen gezet. De ingangsweg lag vol bouwafval, ijzer, zakken cement, vuile kruiwagen, containers.
