The shops are 1 km away, if you want to buy a few essentials. You can also go to eat out at the restaurants 2 km away. The lake is 3 km away, where you can go to enjoy picnics. This three-room apartment is located on the ground floor or on the first floor. Kids can have fun in the shared garden, while you take a swim in the pool. Barbecue facility is also there so that you can cook grilled meals. Parking is on-site. The air conditioned (and heated) living cum dining room is perfect to lounge. Washing machine and tumble dryer (shared and paid) is also there for your convenience. A second parking space is available for a fee and upon request.
