Lovely villa with a private swimming pool in Provence just a stone's throw from Avignon. A city where you will find plenty of entertainment in any season: festivals, cultural events and exhibitions, some held at the Palais des Papes. With its little streets and large central square filled with bars and cafes, this is a great city to explore. Also visit Isle sur la Sorgues, a fantastic town with bars and cafes on the water. Every day you can head to another charming town or village to visit a market with regional produce. Hikers and cyclists will find lots to do in the area, though nothing really says holiday like simply relaxing by your own pool.

Outside the villa is a large garden with a level lawn where the kids will love to play. The swimming pool has Roman steps that are often used as a place to play. Sun loungers are waiting for you on the terrace and there is a terrace next to the villa where you can dine al fresco.

Inside, you will find a nice, light-filled living room with sliding doors leading to the terrace, as well as an L-shaped sitting area with a flat screen TV. An archway leads to the dining nook and generously sized open-plan kitchen.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, which share a spacious bathroom. The house is suitable for 6 adults. + 1 child max.

The owners live in an adjacent residence, which is completely discreet and well separated, so no need to worry about your privacy.

Enjoy the famous Avignon festival in the summer, one of the most spectacular events of France in the cultural field (theater, dance, music, as well as lectures, exhibitions, films ...) and come enjoy this conviviality in the surrounding villages, each with their own secret. You discover all summer how the traditions are successfully maintained (bullfights, balls, wine tasting and many popular shows). We are close to Isle/Sorgue, Saint Remy de Provence, the Luberon, the Mont Ventoux, Aix en Provence ... wonderful places to visit.

    “Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung. Gastgeber wohnen mit im Haus, aber separat. Ruhige Lage, aber nicht abgelegen, am Ortsrand. Nebenan weiden Camargue Pferde, sehr idyllisch.”

    “Ein ganz tolles, modern eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Bei unserer Ankunft war es in einem tadellosen Zustand, sehr sauber und es waren sogar einige Lebensmittel vohanden, um den ersten großen Hunger nach der Reise zu stillen. Mitbenutzung der Waschmaschine war überhaupt kein Problem. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und passen sich ihren Gästen an. Wünscht man Ruhe und Diskretion, bekommt man diese. Möchte man ein bisschen plaudern, so kann man das auch. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!”
