We here present a carefully renovated holiday home with a pool, which is part of a 250 year old manor home. The house is in a quiet location on a hillside at the edge of the centre of a city in northern Tenerife, only a few kilometres from the ocean. Enjoy the panoramic views from the living and bedroom, reaching from the town all the way to La Palma. From your bedroom window you can see the Teide - what a sight to wake up to!
Outside, you will find the tiled pool patio with a covered lounge, a dining area under a sun shade, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a large worktop. Another highlight of the property is the pool are with the in ground pool, an outdoor shower and reclining sun loungers with a sun shade.
The 70 m² house offers a top floor, surrounded by glass windows, with the living room, bedroom and bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, you will find a fully furnished kitchen with a breakfast nook and patio and pool access. The bedroom s furnished with a romantic canopy bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). On either side of the bed is a nightstand. In front of the bed are a cosy sofa bed and two armchairs; rest and relax and enjoy the views of the ocean and the mountain here. The roof beams, the natural stone walls and the window front offer a charming atmosphere. The windows are equipped with heavy duty blinds to shut out the light. There is a large television screen with cable access. Children can be accommodated either on the sofa bed, a 1.60 m blow up bed or two 90 cm single beds. A gas heater is available for the cooler months. The kitchen is well-equipped to ensure a self-catering holiday. It offers a four burner gas stove with an oven, a refrigerator/freezer combo, a coffee and espresso maker, a microwave and a toaster. In the middle of the room is a dining table with four chairs in front of an open fireplace. The house also has wireless internet access.
Despite its quiet location, shops and restaurants can be found only 300 meters from the property. It is about one kilometre to the town centre with its restaurants, cafes and nightlife. It is 3 km to the ocean and 7 km to the sandy beach.
