Holiday home with large terrace and air conditioning

The detached holiday home built in 2000 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard. Hanging lounge chair. From the beginning of May to the beginning of Octoberguests can use the outdoor kitchen.

Stari Grad. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Apartment DAL HVA 025 (6 people) is located in the annexe. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
