The magnificent combined kitchen-living area offers plenty of space for your family and in the evenings you can enjoy nice get-togethers around the cosy fireplace. There are four bedrooms and two open sleeping areas, as well as two beautiful bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi and a sauna. This house can accommodate two families. The child-friendly beach is beautiful throughout the year. The camping area of Sandersvig is open from Easter to mid-September. It is just 300 metres away and houses a shop, swimming pool, tennis courts and a playground with jumping cushion. Southeast of the house is an 8 hectare, fenced deer garden. Hejlsminde which is located near the Little Belt is surrounded by beautiful nature. The resort also has a beautiful marina. In the vicinity there are good biking and hiking trails that pass through beautiful nature. Not far from Hejlsminde are Skamlingsbanken and Christiansfeld (famous for honey cakes, ornamental fireplaces and salami). Kolding also offers many experiences for families with children and art enthusiasts. Do visit the Trapholt Museum. There is also a games park, which offers free entry. Also a large shopping centre in Kolding invites you for a stroll. As many houses are under construction in this holiday home area, you can expect some construction noise.
