    “Die Ferienwohnung wurde uns in akzeptablem, sauberen Zustand übergeben. Die Lage nahe dem Zentrum, doch nachts ruhig, der direkte Blick vom gedeckten Balkon über die Promenade zum Meer und der anliegende, geschützte Parkplatz beim Treppenaufgang sind einfach spitze! Der Zimmer- und Bettenkomfort ist sehr gut, wie auch die neu eingerichtete Küche mit allen funktionierenden Einrichtungen. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierabteil, moderne Kochplatten, alles bestens. Einziger, aber wichtiger, Kritikpunkt ist das Badzimmer, das umgehend renoviert werden sollte, es funktioniert zwar alles, aber das Interieur ist einfach schmuddelig und nicht mehr zeitgemäss! Dies ist auch der Grund, warum es nicht zu 5 Häusern gereicht hat. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Was wir wirklich vermissten, war WiFi.”

    “Das Haus liegt wirklich super - ganz nah zum Strand und zum Centrum von Valras. Allerdings hat diese Zentrale Lage an der Strandpromenade den Nachteil, dass allmorgendlich die Straßenreinigung unüberhörbar (falls man wie wir bei offenem Fenster schläft) stattfindet und abends die wirkliche Ruhe erst so ab 23:00 Uhr eintritt. Das Haus selbst hat alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Parkplatz am Haus) allerdings wäre eine Modernisierung des Badezimmers eine gute Idee.”
