This holiday home is located in a beautiful, quiet and child-friendly residential area, which is adjacent to the nature reserve Toltorpsdalen, which is an oasis of Gothenburg. In the area, you can enjoy relaxing strolls. The area is also ideal for family outings to the countryside. The centre of Gothenburg is also located near the house; this is a centre, which fulfils all your wishes. You can also have a peaceful stroll. You can a have nice time here by choosing between Liseberg (Amusement park), and Universeum, the beautiful centre with theatres and museums and many boutiques and restaurants. In a few minutes, you will reach the shopping centre situated in Frölunda Torg. In the beaches of Askimsbadet, which is 5 km away and in Hovåsbadet (7 km) you can enjoy swimming. The house is very well suited for golfers. In Göteborg you have the oldest golf grounds of Sweden, and it is an exceptional golf course with 18 holes. Just 2.5 km from the house, is Sisjö, a 9-hole golf course.

    “Fantastic Swedish home! Clean, well-equipped, functional and everything in beautiful condition. If you truly want to live like a Swede on your holiday, this place has everything.
    The location is perfect with the creek and forest on your back door, shops, inc. shopping center, within walking distance and the big city only 20 mins drive away. The local pub/pizza place is great and there are several good restaurants easily accessible (Socrates Taverna is best).
    We loved the back yard and the deck. The technology was good with internet and Netflix accessible. Only slight confusion was around linen and towels but the owner sorted this without fuss (worth clarifying well before you go).
    If the house remains available in the future we would most definitely return.”
