Det samme gør altan og den lille terrasse foran hoveddøren. Solen kommer sent på terasserne, kl. 14 på terrassen foran hoveddøren, og kl. 17 på terrassen på 1. sal. Der er skønt på de varme dage og koldt på de kolde! Huset ligger over for en gård, og køer, heste og får trækkes lige forbi lejemålets hoveddør morgen og aften.
