Here the sandy beach is particularly fine and there are good facilities. The house is one of the outer ones in the area and therefore closer to the water. Living room and kitchen are on the 1st floor, you have sea view from here. Also from the large balcony you look out over the water and the late evening sun. The furnishings are very good. In Frederikshavn you have a nice pedestrian area with cafes and restaurants. A short drive away is a marina, the golf course and an indoor playland for children. Skagen is also not far away. You must expect construction activity.
