    “Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist sehr schön und war relativ sauber.Dabei ist man wie so oft in Italien auch darauf angewiesen, wie sauber der Vormieter die Wohnung verlassen hat.Es war eine Odysee für uns, den Wohnungsschlüssel zu finden, der in einem Briefkasten in einer nicht einsehbaren Nische des Hauses versteckt war.
    Von einem Vermieter haben wir in der Woche unseres Aufenthaltes nichts gesehen, daher wurden auch die angegebenen 200 (!) Euro Kaution nicht fällig.
    Wie gesagt, die Wohnung ist sehr gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine und Spüler sehr komfortabel. Die Dusche hat allerdings schon bessere Tage gesehen, ging aber noch.
    Der in der Vorstellung angegebene "gepflegte Garten " war eine Unkrautwiese mit 70 cm hohem Unkraut, aber dafür recht groß. (am vorletztem Urlaubstag wurde in unserer Abwesenheit gemäht).
    Die weißen Gartenstühle und den Gartentisch auf der Terrasse würde ich auch mal auswechseln, ist nicht mehr sehr ansehnlich.
    Der letzte und größte Kritikpunkt ist aber die Lage der Wohnung.Direkt unterhalb geht die Via Aurelia vorbei, gerade an einem Samstag Abend/Nacht ist an Schlaf kaum zu denken.Da in der Wohnung KEINE ! Klimaanlage existiert, ist es kaum Möglich bei den Temperaturen bei geschlossenem Fenster zu schlafen.Auch die zahlreichen Möwen machen teilweise einen Höllenspecktakel.
    Fazit: Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist nicht schlecht auch mit eingeschränktem Meerblick, aber sie steht nicht gerade an der richtigen Stelle um sich zu erholen.”
