This is a beautiful detached villa with private pool, only 150m from the sea and built in a style typical for the island of Lefkada. Because of its location in the hills you have from the outdoor terraces and the pool stunning views over the sea and islands. The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished, each bedroom has a bathroom and private veranda with sea view. Plenty of privacy by the long driveway, secluded, elevated position and walled boundary. Moreover, you stay on 4500m2 of land with many olive trees. Ideal for a relaxing or romantic holiday with wonderful sunsets. In the evening, the pool and terraces are illuminated, which, together with the silver illuminated olive trees, provides an unique atmosphere.
The villa is a good starting point for exploring the island with its endless beaches, crystal clear sea and rocky shores. This is an unique combination with the mountains and forested hills. In Lefkada you still enjoy authentic villages, unspoilt harbors and Greek tradition.

Lefkas you still enjoy authentic villages, such as the lovely Vassiliki (about 8km), Nidri (about 15km), the touristic Nidri has a real boulevard with many restaurants, cafes and a busy shopping street.
In the bay of Sivota are authentic restaurants and cafes / bars. A spit of land and a pontoon bridge connect the island with the mainland, making the airport is easily accessible.
- On the south side of the island are a few natural harbors (bays) of Poros, Sivota, Amouso and Vassiliki. The latter is a paradise for windsurfers.

- On the west side of the island there are the traditional village of Agios Nikitas with the beautiful beaches Kathisma, Mylo and Pefkoulia. The beaches of Egremni and Porto Katsiki are mainly of unprecedented beauty and have the honor to be one of the most beautiful of Greece.

    “Einfach traumhafte Aussicht, sehr saubere und geschmackvolle Unterkunft, es fehlte uns an der Ausstattung an nichts, sehr nette Menschen.
    Die Aufteilung der Räume, Kinder separat von den Eltern, finde ich für fast erwachsene Jugendliche super, für kleinere Kinder vielleicht nicht so optimal. Nur der Raum mit der Waschmaschine hätte vielleicht etwas aufgeräumter sein können.”

    “Sehr empfehlenswert, einzig ein richtiger Backofen wäre wünschenswert und ein WLAN-Anschluss. Der Blick von der Terrasse der Villa ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist ideal, man ist auf dem wunderbar gepflegten Gelände ganz für sich, der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer ist völlig ausreichend. Fünf Häuser.”
