The Boulou thermal baths are a 5-minute drive from the house. 1.5 km from Le Boulou, 5 km from Montesquieu des Albères and 14 km from the beaches of Argelès sur Mer, this beautiful, recently built detached villa is located in a quiet residential area. Access is via a few steps at the entrance to the gîte and on one level through the bay windows in the living room. Entrance, large day room with kitchen, dining room and living room opening onto the 1200 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers. The private swimming pool (8x4x1.50) with alarm system is heated and accessible from May to September. A covered terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue is set out in the garden. You can lounge in the sun or in the shade of the trees or even under the hut parasol! and why not, at the end of the day, a game of pétanque on the grounds at the back of the house? The 3 bedrooms are each equipped with a private bathroom with toilets. Individual sanitary facilities are also available. The 2 bedrooms equipped with a 160 cm bed overlook the garden. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. Each room is air-conditioned. A large laundry room is available with washing machine. Parking for 3 vehicles is provided in the property closed by a secure gate. Household cleaning deposit: 150 e.
