The beautiful Villa Tempera is situated on the edge of the village of Marcana and combines the best that Istria has to offer with its location: Peace and relaxation with proximity to Istria's largest city. Villa Tempera is a modern country house, furnished in a mix of warm tones combined with bright and colorful details. On the open plan first floor you will find a living area with kitchen and dining area and an outdoor dining area as well as a spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom with bathtub on the first floor. From the beautifully furnished living/dining area you have direct access to the outdoor area with pool and cozy terrace with lounge area and barbecue. Just a few steps separate you from the pool with sun loungers, which will provide you with the refreshment and relaxation you need on warm summer days. For even more fun for the little ones, there is a small children's playground.
On the second floor are the other two bedrooms, both with double beds and their own en-suite bathrooms. From one of the bedrooms you have direct access to the balcony with a cozy sitting area and a view of the peaceful surrounding countryside.The beautiful vacation villa Villa Tempera is located in Marcana, a small village and municipality of the same name in southern Istria. This part of Istria is dominated by green hills and bays with clear water, ideal for exploring the underwater world. The location of the villa offers a perfect balance of tranquillity and private enjoyment, away from the city bustle and tourist crowds, but at the same time is not far from all the main towns in Istria. All necessary amenities can be found in Marcana: local grocery stores, cafes, post office, bank, doctor, dentist... Marcana is located about 12 km northeast of Pula, the largest city in Istria, world-famous for its ancient amphitheater, built in the first century during the reign of the Roman Emperor Vespasian. Besides cultural and historical beauties, Istria offers a unique gastronomic delight, well known in this part of Europe: homemade prosciutto (prsut), wine and Istrian pasta (fuzi) are just some of the delicacies of Mediterranean cuisine in Istria. Istria is also home to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia - the Brijuni Islands. The islands can be reached by boat from Fazana, a small former fishing village known for good olive oil and about 15 km from the villa.
