Villa Rose is a great accommodation for 8 + 2 guests who have 4 modern bedrooms with comfortable double beds at their disposal. All rooms are located on the ground floor and are fully air-conditioned and covered with wireless internet. Guided by the open-plan concept, the fully equipped kitchen is connected to a beautiful dining area and a cosy lounge with satellite TV. The living room overlooks a landscaped garden with pool surrounded by 10 sun beds. The 4x8 meter pool is heated so you can rent a villa even when it's not summer and you want to relax and enjoy your free time. The covered porch has an outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal grill so you can create unforgettable moments in good company and good food.
If you are not in the mood for preparing a meal, there are numerous restaurants nearby that will delight all guests who love Mediterranean cuisine. The shallow, long sandy shoreline, which is especially suitable for children, extends to 8000 metres. The most famous one is Queen's Beach, ranked at the very top of the world's beaches by its beauty. Guests who like active holiday can choose between windsurfing, kayaking, beach volleyball, paintball, tennis, football, basketball and water sports.
There is also a boat on disposal, moored 1 km from the Villa, in Nin. The historical centre of the town of Nin is located on an island connected by two bridges and will delight you with the remains of Roman architecture. You can also see ancient architecture in Zadar, which is only 15 kilometres from Nin and is the centre of North Dalmatia. Also, don't miss to visit some of the national and nature parks such as Kornati, Plitvice, Paklenica and Krka.
The host has an open speedboat with its equipment (6m x 2.5m) for 8 people with an outboard engine of 140 HP. Possibility to use with and without skipper (extra charge on request-). The boat is anchored in port Nin, 1km distanced from the villa.
