Vom Parkplatz führt eine Treppe zum ausgedehnten Grundstück, das am Waldrand, von Wiesen, Reben und Palmen umgeben, in idyllischer, ruhiger Lage liegt. Das Anwesen erstreckt sich über drei Geländeterrasse und ist auch für Kinder ungefährlich. Eine 30m2 grosse sonnen- und regengeschützte Terrasse gewährt viel Platz und traumhafte Aussicht. Obwohl das Haus über ein grosses Bettenangebot verfügt (Schlafzimmer: 2 Betten, Kinderzimmer: 1 Etagenbett, 3. Zimmer: komfortabel breites Bett (120x200), Wohnzimmer: ausziehbares Bettsofa (140x200), bietet es mit seiner freundlichen und zweckmässigen Möblierung eine gemütliche Atmosphäre auch für kleine Familien.
