Since beginning of 2020 we are the owners of the traditional house "HEINTZ". This listet Building is directly located in the City centre. Enjoy the advantages of Shopping and short ways at the sunny side of Bad Königshofen.

Building description:
Ground floor: Café Heintz (since 1884); Since 2021 we run the Café ourselves, too. We have the biggest variety of cakes in the region and best organic coffee which is locally roasted. We offer breakfast from 9 am every day and provide snacks and small meals, too.

First floor: used to be a hotel, completely refurbished and modernized; now used as:
1x big flat (3 rooms: 2 spacious bedrooms and huge living-room; big kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower
1x small flat (2 rooms: 1 bedroom for up to 4 people); fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower)
3 further rooms can be booked individually

Second floor: appartement to be offered here, since May 2020

This beautiful flat is in the first floor of the building, entrance is through the side door. We completely modernized the front part. In the back part of the building we kept some traditional parts and memories from the former time “Hotel Heintz”. A highlight is the light living-room with the best view towards the cityhall and centre of Bad Königshofen.
