Das Haus " Ostseestern" liegt im beliebten Kurort Wiek.

Mit seiner direkten Wasserlage am Wieker Bodden, einer herrlichen Sichtachse über die Ostsee nach Hiddensee und einer der beliebtesten Hafenanlagen im Gebiet der Ostsee, ist Wiek ein Urlaubsziel für Insider.

Zentral gelegen, um an die schönsten Sandstrände der Ostsee zu gelangen, mit der besonderen Lage an mehreren Wetterscheiden zu liegen.Dies garantiert ungewöhnlich häufige Sonnenstunden.



Die Ferienwohnung "Ostseestern" befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Ferienhauses "Ostseestern" mit einer Größe von 90 qm.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils 2 Betten, Bad, Wohnzimmer und Einbauküche.

Auf dem 600 qm grossen Grundstück befindet sich ein PKW Stellplatz und eine abschließbare Garage für Fahrräder.

Umsäumt wird das Grundstück auf der einen Seite von sehr alten Bäumen und auf der anderen Seite von einem geschmackvoll angelegten Garten, welchen Sie bei Ankunft in Ihrem Feriendomizil durchschreiten müssen.



Die idyllische Lage ist auch im Internet unter " Google Earth" ersichtlich.

Zum Wasser / Hafen sind es nur 300 m. Ein " Schnitzelparadies" und eine Fischgaststätte erreichen Sie bereits nach 150 m.

Ihr Ferienojekt liegt zentral.Sowohl Bäcker, als auch " EDEKA" erreichen Sie in wenigen Gehminuten.

Auf Grund der Beliebtheit des Wieker Boddens unter den Anglern ( s.große Hechte u.a. Fische ) finden Sie neben der Fahrradverleihstation auch ein Anglergeschäft.Den Bootsverleih , auch ohne Führerschein , finden Sie im Hafen.

Sehr gut angelegte Fahrradwege ermöglichen die Erkundung des Gebietes nicht nur per Rad.



Nach Eingang der Restzahlung erhalten Sie die Anreiseunterlagen - in diesen sind die noch zu zahlenden Nebekosten hinterlegt.

Die Nebenkosten müssen vor Anreise an den Vermieter überwiesen werden. Die Kaution dient als Sicherheitsleistung und wird innerhalb von 14 - 21 Werktagen nach Abreise, auf das anzugebende Konto zurück überwiesen. Hinweis zur Kurtaxe im Wiek, seit dem 01.01.2021 zählt der An- und Abreisetag als ein Kurtaxenpflichtiger Tag pro Person (Bsp. 7 Tage buchen = 8 Tage Kurtaxe pro Person).

    “Sehr schönes Haus für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Positiv: Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Ferienhauses Negativ: Außenanlagen könnten gepflegter sein.
    Bettwäsche und Handtücher mussten(!) geliehen werden. Bei vielen anderen Häusern darf der Mieter entscheiden, ob er dies wünscht!! Ausflüge: Kap Arkona mit Fischerdorf Vitt - Steilküste mit Aussichtsturm – gut zu Fuß, per Rad , Pferdekutsche oder Kap–Arkona –Bahn zu erreichen.”
