The lease is valid upon receipt of the deposit on the account of the landlord. The down payment of 20% of the rental amount is due within seven days of receipt of the booking documents. After the deposit has been paid 30 days before departure the payment of the balance due

Resignation: This must be in writing. The following cancellation claims apply:

from the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord until the 121st day before the rental date no compensation
from the 120th day until the 61st day before the rental start amount of the down payment
from the 60th day until the 30th day before the rental period 50% of the total price
after that, the total price has to be paid.
