If you like a peaceful holiday near the sea, this house is the perfect opportunity for you. Holiday house is placed in a small village named Rtina, between the town of Zadar and the island of Pag. The place is located only 25 km away from Zadar. The main features of this place are definitely sun and the sea. The holiday house is spacious and comfortable for relaxation.There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room/dining/kitchen, hall. Each bedroom has a double bed for two and a sofa bed for one person. Every bedroom has bathroom with hair dryer. Towels and linen included. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and all dishes needed for cooking. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned and have sat TV. Free parking on site and free WiFi.     Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut!
    Jedoch für Kinder ist der Uferbereich nicht geeignet! Positiv: Die Betreuung durch den Hauseigentümer.
    Nett,kompetent,hilfsbereit.
    Terrasse und Balkone mit Meerblick toll!
    Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Negativ: Der Uferbereich kann nur mit Badeschuhen betreten werden.Bitte in Hausbeschreibung mit aufnehmen! Empfehlung: Couples, seniors - Das Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmer eignet sich gut für befreundete Ehepaare!”
