The holiday home "Anno Dazumal, as at Grandpa's times" is located in Klingenthal on a revealing forest and meadow property and is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and skiing. In 1820, this farmhouse was built in the typical Vogtland wooden construction method and is now a listed building. It has been completely renovated and offers a modern standard. The cosiness and the flair of the old times, are mediated by the many wood and natural stone. The house offers 3 separate apartments (from 50 - 80 sqm) with 2-3 bedrooms and shower / WC.This apartment is comfortably furnished and has a kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, central heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, flat screen TV, audio system.Outside there is a barbecue area and a terrace.In the immediate vicinity of the hiking and trail network can be reached. The ski area in Mühlleithen is about 5 minutes by car and the neighboring ski area in Bublava (Czech Republic) is only 5 km away.     “We had a good time en really enjoyed the vacation. Positiv: the apartment is very clean and the setting and view is very beautiful. The interior is simply and practical. The owners are very helpful. Negativ: We Stay there for a week and a half. We really missed a wasching machine. You have to drive 1.5 ours to visit a laundry service.
    there was not much privacy outside. neighbors walked through the same yard.
    The acoustics could be better in the house and the matrasses are very hard.”

    “Es freut uns, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat, Sie haben ja auch vor Ort noch eine Nacht verlängert. Wir sind stets bemüht, unsere Ferienwohnungen, die sich in einem 200 Jahre alten, denkmalgeschützten, liebevoll saniertem Haus befinden, stets in einem sauberen und ordentlichen Zustand zu übergeben. Sie haben eine Ferienwohnung in einem Ferienhaus gebucht, welches sich auf einem 2500qm großem Grundstück befindet. Dieses Grundstück steht für insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen zur Verfügung, und jede Wohnung hat eine eigene, getrennte Terrasse. In der Objektbeschreibung ist keine Waschmaschine angegeben. Es gibt eine Wäscherei im Ort. Bezüglich der Betten haben wir uns bewußt für härtere Matratzen entschieden, denn diese sind komfortabler. Wir sind stets bemüht Verbesserungen bei uns auf zu nehmen, können jedoch nicht jeden Kundenwunsch erfüllen. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und vielleicht besuchen Sie uns wieder.”

    “Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, zuverlässig und flexibel was die An- und Abreisezeit angeht. Ebenso die Küche in Verbindung mit dem Ess- und Wohnraum, sodass alles nahe zusammen liegt. Positiv: Der Einrichtungsstil, die rustikale Art und die eigene Terrasse sind sehr sehr schön.”

    “Eine angenehme Unterkunft für Familien. Positiv: Wohnen in einem alten Haus mit original erhaltenen Teilen hat einen besonderen Reiz. Negativ: Die Ausstattung der Küche ist für den Aufenthalt mehrerer Personen ist auf das Notwendige beschränkt, etwas spartanisch und technisch nicht sehr zeitsparend.”
