From the kitchen you reach the veranda equipped with dining table, umbrella, external shower and barbecue. The swimming pool and solarium area are shared with the owner who lives on the first floor.
The pool is open from 08:30 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 20:30
The sandy beach is 1.80 km from the apartment. Along the beach there are restaurants and coffe bars. The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km. Castellammare city centre is 3.5 km. The nature reserve of Lo Zingaro and Scopello are approx. 13 km away. The nearest airports are Trapani Birgi (55km) and Palermo (45km).
