This holiday house is located in a small village, near the border with Slovenia. The property is fenced. There is a pool in front of the house. Next to the main house, is another smaller house on the plot, with one bedroom and bathroom. On the ground floor of the main house there is a kitchen, a dining room, an additional toilet and a living room. The first floor has a large bedroom with three beds and a bathroom. The entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. This bedroom forms a part of the loft and is therefore completely open and has no doors. The house also has a covered terrace with a barbecue. A drive of about 20 minutes will take you to the town of Umag, which is well known for the ATP tournament which takes place every year during late July. Umag is also known for its beautiful beaches and its interesting nightlife. You can also enjoy the culinary delights of the region! Traditional pasta and meat dishes are available in the interior regions while the coastal region offers fresh fish or seafood. A visit to the town of Livade, famous for its truffles, is highly recommended.

    “Tolles, ruhig gelegenes Landhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung, schönem Garten und super Pool. Lediglich der unerwartete tierische Besuch durch Skorpione und Salamander, die durch Mauerritzen ins Haus gelangten und unruhige Nächte durch einen Siebenschläfer, der auf dem Dachboden des Hauses Krach machte, schränkte unser Wohlbefinden ein.”

    “Groot huis zoals op de foto's. We hebben een prima vakantie gehad, maar de accomodatie was voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Een aantal minpunten die meewegen in de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding en wellicht handig zijn voor potentiële huurders:
    - er loopt minimaal 2 keer per dag een hond (van buren) in de tuin (plast in de tuin en vervuilt het tuinmeubilair).
    - het huis is voorzien van horren, maar omdat bij ontvangst meerdere ramen opstonden hadden we de hele week nog last van muggen.
    - Koelkast leek niet goed te koelen.
    - bij twee badkamers waren de kit-randen vuil.
    - Er zijn erg veel (agressieve) wespen en helaas ook tijgermuggen.
    - De tuinstoelen die op de foto staan stonden niet in de tuin.
    - Op de foto's niet te zien: er is best veel inkijk. Een langslopende buurvrouw gluurt regelmatig de tuin in. Het zwembad ligt ook direct aan de weg.” “Groot huis zoals op de foto's.     Leider gibt es Ameisen in der Küche dir irgendwie ins Haus gelangen.
