Recent house located in the residential part of the village at 300 m of the canal of the robine and all these advantages.
It is a very good compromise for those who wish to combine the seaside attractions and the cultural discoveries. Within a radius of 50 kms, the possible excursions allow to vary the centers of interest : the roman city of Narbonne, the Cathars castles of the corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (classified in the world Heritage of the UNESCO). As well as natural sites such as the Canal du Midi, the Jouarres lake, the Bages lakes (very frequented by migratory birds), and also the La Clape regional park (renowned for its picturesque hiking trails).
For lovers of idleness, the lively beaches of Gruissan and Valras beach resorts as well as the more family resort of Narbonne beach ; Spread over the coastline less than 30 km away.
The house of 140 m² is comfortably furnished for 6 people on a plot of 600 m² in total. Outside, sheltered from the eye and the wind, swimming pool arranged of tiled beaches ideal for the deckchairs. This pool of 7 m x 3.50 m privative is protected by an alarm. Covered terrace for meals and equipped with barbecue. The rest of the ground with gravel allows to turn around the house.
The house has a large living room of more than 50 m² with living area, kitchen and dining room. 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms, 1 spacious bathroom with 2 basins, whirlpool tub, walk-in shower and toilet. Other separate toilet.
Parking in the grounds. Sorry pets are allowed.

    “Goede ligging, rustige buurt en dicht bij een supermarkt. Huis op zich is mooi en praktisch, alleen jammer dat het niet onderhouden wordt. Zou iets beter zorg voor mogen gedragen worden. Onze regendouche was stuk, lavabo in de keuken was verstopt, lavabo badkamer lekte,...     “Die Ausstattung des fast neuen Hauses war gut!! Alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden! Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.
    Das Haus steht in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, nur der Weg von der Hauptstraße zum Haus ist in einem schlechtem Zustand (Schlaglöcher usw.)!! Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mann. Leider spricht er nicht wie beschrieben Englisch, sondern nur Französisch und Spanisch! (Verständigung etwas schwierig, aber machbar). Schöner ca. 140 cm tiefer und ca. 6,5 Meter langer und 3,5 Meter breiter Pool! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (Meer ca.25 min / Spanien 1,5 Std usw. ). Wir werden sicherlich wieder einmal hierher kommen !!”
