Large holiday home with a patio and a conservatory, a garage, a pool and an extra apartment


The "Casa de La Vida" and the "Casita La Paz", both clad with natural stone, sit on a 5,000 m2 park-like site on La Palma's sunny west side and offer stunning views over the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. There are about 50 metres in between the houses, ensuring privacy.



The living space including the apartment measures around145 m². It comprises a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms 8of which one is in the apartment), two bathrooms and accommodates four adults and one child. The living room provides seating, a local blanket, a fireplace stove, a safe and access to the terrace. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a filter coffee machine, along with a breakfast bar and a pantry. The washing machine is in the garage. The first bedroom in the main part has a 180 cm-wide double bed, as well as air conditioning (heating/cooling). There are two additional rooms. One is furnished with a folding bed. The bathroom offers a bathtub, a sink, a mirror, a bidet and Roman heating. The large conservatory offers sea views.



The terrace of the house that cannot be overlooked from the apartment has a pizza/bread oven and a grill. The pool with an outdoor shower and lawn makes your holiday perfect. As a rule, the pool can be used from April to November, of course strongly dependent on the weather. At times it has even been possible to use it in December. The apartment also has a sea-view terrace that is not overlooked.



This house includes an apartment with a separate entrance, which is only let out together with the house. It has a living room with a sitting corner, as well as a little kitchen unit. The second bedroom is also finished with a double bed (width 180 cm). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, mirror, WC and Roman heating.

    “Ausstattung geschmacklich des Hauses und Gestaltung des Gartens waren nicht in unserem Sinne. Stil der 80er Jahre ? Nichts mehr erneuert. Keine Heizung, erst nach Aufforderung wurde uns ein Gasofen gebracht. Kaminholz sollten wir selber kaufen !!!
    Der Ort Los Llanos ist nett.”

    “Es tut uns leid, dass der Stil des Hauses und des Gartens nicht in Ihrem Sinne war. Allerdings war dieser auf den Bildern klar erkennbar.
    Der Gasofen steht nicht immer im Haus sondern wird nur ins Haus gebracht, wenn er gebraucht wird und das ist selten der Fall. Sonst steht er dort nur im Weg.
    Es ist durchaus üblich Kaminholz selber zu kaufen. Sie hätten die Verwaltung nach Spülmaschinentabs bzw. Müllbeuteln fragen können, es kann durchaus vor kommen, dass diese bei einem Aufenthalt mal ausgehen.”

    “Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en is smaakvol ingericht. Het huis is ruim ingedeeld en de indeling voelt prettig aan. Dit komt ook door de hoge houten dakconstructie. De later aangebouwde serre (Wintergarten) geeft 's avonds verkoeling, omdat er hordeuren zijn geplaatst en geeft ook een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee, het Aridanedal, de Barranco en de hoge kraterwand. Daarnaast is er een heerlijk zwembad met ruimte voor zonnebedden. Omdat het huis wordt verhuurd inclusief aanliggend appartement, kunnen er vier personen met behoud van privacy verblijven. Dit alles maakt dat wij vinden dat het vakantiehuis zijn huurprijs zeker waard is.”
