At the heart of Argoat, bordering the Côtes d'Armor and Finistere, between Morlaix and Guingamp and less than 2km from the expressway, this holiday home is located in a small hamlet in the countryside but will be ideal for visiting quickly the two departments. On one side the beaches of Locquirec, Plestin les grèves, and on the other those of Santec Carantec, along with a famous golf course. The holiday home is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is bright and pleasantly furnished, the living room opens onto a patio area with garden furniture. You can explore Huelgoat, cradle of many legends, with its forest and huge rounded boulders (the trembling rock), through which flows the silver river. This region is rich in gastronomy, wine tasting, famous crêpes, the "kouing amman" and especially "kig ar farz" two of the Finistère specialties! This region is also popular with festivals, including that of Saint Loup in Guingamp or Les Vieilles Charrues in Carhaix. Access to people with reduced mobility (2) on the ground floor: bathroom with raised sink and toilet - large Italian shower - bedroom with double bed.
