Lovingly furnished natural stone house with a romantic inner courtyard near the Sierra de Espadán

The 90m² rural holiday home with cosy furnishings is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy the peace, quiet and natural beauty at the heart of the Sierra de Espadán. The 19th century house is located in a traffic calmed neighbourhood in Eslida, about 25 km from the coast.

The three storey house accommodates up to six people. On the first floor is a hallway with kitchen access. The kitchen is furnished with a ceran stove, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The living room is furnished with a dining table, a sofa, a fireplace and a satellite television. Additionally, there is a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a large, open room with two double beds (1.35 x 1.90 each) and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub with massage, a sink, a hairdryer and a toilet. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.80 m each). Wireless internet access is available.

The third bedroom gives access to an outdoor staircase, from where you can access the inner garden with a fountain, a grill and seating accommodation. The living room grants access to the patio, which offers gorgeous views of the mountains. You can also access the inner courtyard from here.

The house was fully renovated in 2003 according to ecological and Feng Shui principals. Traditional and natural materials were used (stone, wood, cork...), free of chemicals. The electricity comes from renewable energy sources and we ask you to please recycle carefully.

The town has a public pool, a tennis court, shops, a bank, a pharmacy, restaurants etc. There are many hiking opportunities in the beautiful woods. Eslida is well known for its beautiful climate. It is about 60 km to Valencia and 75 km to the airport.
